This year’s conference comprises two sessions - the first focusing on the future practice of domestic and international litigation and dispute resolution. The second session is a symposium focussing on costs, unbundling and general practice.

This is your chance to interact with leading practitioners who will answer questions about the days’ most pressing issues.

This years’ conference will feature presentations from:

Joshua Rozenberg QC (hon) on the future of dispute resolution

Stephen Hines, Taylor Rose TTKW on Costs in Practice

Isabel Parker, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP on Everyday Innovation

And in a repeat of our hugely popular session last year, we will be repeating our ‘judicial symposium: tips from the Bench’.

Hear from leading judicial authorities about the common pitfalls, errors of presenting a case including:

  • Dealing with Litigants in Person
  • Submitting costs budgets
  • What works well
  • Judicial perspectives

This event is always popular and attendance is included as part of your Section membership.
