In one of the four webinars inclusive in Advocacy Section membership, Maura Macintosh of Herbert Smith Freehills gives an overview of the latest developments in commercial litigation law and practice.
As ever, there have been lots of developments for commercial litigators to keep on top of in recent months, including major changes to part 36, a drastic increase in court fees, and more developments on costs budgeting. This webinar will look at where we are in relation to:
• Costs and funding
• Part 36 offers and settlement
• Disclosure and privilege
• Relief from sanctions
• 2016 developments.
